Benjamin Franklin was born in Boston on January 17 of 1706. He was the
ninth child out of eleven children. Ben Franklin ran away when his
father couldn't give him any money so he traveled 50 miles to find a
work. He was a civil worker, inventor, a founding father, scientist,
publisher and even author. He held many political positions such as
Minister to France which caused frequent travel to other countries. When
he was 84, he died an abolitionist at April 17 of 1790.
